Effortless Embroidery Machine Care

2025-08-20

I. Daily Maintenance (5-10 minutes before startup/after shutdown daily)

  1. Cleaning: Use a soft brush to sweep away thread ends and fabric scraps around the machine head and needle bar; open the hook race, remove residual debris with tweezers, and wipe the hook with a lint-free cloth; clean the feed dogs and workbench surface.

  2. Inspection: Check if the embroidery needle is worn or bent, and replace it with a needle of the same model promptly; ensure the top thread has no fraying and the bobbin thread tension is even; after startup, confirm the electronic control indicator lights work normally and the touchscreen is responsive.

  3. Lubrication: Add 1-2 drops of special lubricating oil to the needle bar guide, then move the needle bar manually; use a cotton swab dipped in oil to wipe the joints of the presser foot connecting rod.

II. Regular Maintenance (adjust frequency as needed, weekly/monthly)

1. Weekly Maintenance

  • Check the main shaft belt for cracks and ensure proper tension; wipe the belt surface with a dry cloth.

  • Clean dust from the thread tension discs, add 1 drop of special oil, and ensure smooth tension adjustment.

  • Wipe the X/Y axis guide rails, apply a uniform layer of special grease, and move the machine head manually to ensure smooth sliding.

2. Monthly Maintenance

  • Check the gap between the hook and needle bar (standard gap: 0.05-0.1mm) and adjust if it does not meet requirements.

  • Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the motor and cooling fan, and check that the wiring connections are secure.

  • Turn off the power, wipe dust from the circuit board in the electronic control box, and confirm the cooling fan operates normally.

III. Maintenance for Special Conditions

  • High-load operation (daily operation ≥12 hours): Perform daily maintenance twice a day (morning and evening), shorten weekly maintenance to once every 3 days, and replace aging parts promptly.

  • Humid environment: Place moisture absorbers (replace monthly) near the machine; apply anti-rust oil to the hook and needle bar weekly.

  • Embroidery on plush/leather: For plush fabrics, clean debris every 2 hours and use fiber-proof sleeves; for leather, check the embroidery needle every half a day and increase the presser foot pressure.

IV. Key Notes

  1. Only use special lubricating oil/grease provided by the manufacturer; do not mix different types.

  2. Always turn off the power before maintaining the motor or electronic control box.

  3. Use original spare parts when replacing components.

  4. Establish a maintenance record form to note the maintenance time, content, and model of replaced parts for easy problem tracing.
